Return policy

The return period is 8 days. You can apply for a return or exchange within 8 days of receiving the goods. The customer’s shipping fee is non-refundable if the return ensures that the goods are not damaged. And bear all return shipping costs and any related customs fees. (Due to personal hygiene issues, earrings cannot be returned). If you need an exchange, return it directly, send it back to the courier, and place a new order. When applying for a return, your product must be in the same state as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, unused, and the label is not torn. The product is in the original packaging.
