About warranty

The 12 months only applies to jewelry that has faded. All other products have a 1-month warranty. We do not provide warranty for wear and tear caused by improper use (such as scratches, deformation, bending, or damage to parts). Please check your item as soon as you receive it. If you find any defects or problems, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please be sure to provide the following information:
